Nous vivons dans un voisinage très propre, amical et sûr à Vancouver du nord près de montagne de grouse et d'autres stations de sports d'hiver, des traînées de marche, itinéraires faisants du vélo, pont de Capilano, parc et pont de canyon de Lynn, etc. en même temps environ 10 minutes à partir de Vancouver du centre à côté de la voiture et environ 30 minutes à côté de l'autobus. Il y a 2 arrêts d'autobus à Vancouver du centre juste en dehors de la maison. Le stationnement est sur la rue en dehors de la maison et se garer également dans l'allée pour 1 voiture. Si un invité reste pour 7 jours ou puis blanchisseries (une fois par semaine) est fourni librement. Si le séjour d'invité est moins qu'une blanchisserie de semaine alors est fournie à un petit chargent.

It was a lovely stay at Phil and Mehrshid 's home. They are so kind and friendly. And I'm grateful for joining the Christmas dinner. It was special memory! Although I haven't talked much, still felt warm and memorable. Thank you Phil and Mehrshid so much :)

It was an absolute pleasure staying at their place. Phil and Mehrshid are very kind, humble and amazing hosts. They treat their guests as a family member and never make you feel away from home. Went there as a guest but returned as a family. Thanks a lot Phil and Mehrshid for everything.!!

Phil is an excellent host and his house has the best conditions for a nice stay in North Vancouver, as well as having an excellent location for all people who like hiking and ecotourism like me. And even though I don't speak English very well, Phil went out of his way to make me feel great, and if I return to Vancouver in the future, I won't hesitate to stay at his place again.

My stay with Phil and Mehrshid was very enjoyable and comfortable. They are nice, understanding grounded, and travel/hosting-wise; willing to converse and offer advice on local travel, sightseeing, society and other subjects. They provided a nice upper floor bedroom in a beautiful home with a beautiful mountain view from windows. The location itself is scenic and close to nature with regular bus service linking quickly to transit hubs in North Vancouver (Lonsdale Quay) as well as Vancouver Central (Waterfront Station) and then one can go anywhere. Due to my busy sunrise to sunset travel plan, I had only few occasions to talk with them but those were pleasant and full of helpful information for which I sincerely thank them. I would recommend them to any traveler without hesitation.
