We absolutely loved our stay with Martha, she was a very welcoming host and was very helpful with providing information about the daily life in Cuba. She provided a "light" breakfast which was a more generous breakfast then we are used to. This was the best casa we have visited in Cuba.

Heidy war eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin, die uns schon vor unserer Ankunft in Santiago de Cuba mit den wichtigsten Informationen per WhatsApp versorgt hat. Die Kommunikation war sowohl auf Spanisch als auch auf Englisch schnell und unkompliziert. Da wir einen Nachtbus nach Santiago genommen hatten, sind wir schon gegen 8 Uhr morgens bei Heidy und Olivia angekommen, was aber kein Problem für beide Damen war. Das Zimmer stand schon für uns zur Verfügung und wir haben direkt ein ausgezeichnetes kubanisches Frühstück bekommen. Heidy und Olivia haben uns sehr gute Tipps für die Erkundung von Santiago gegeben und auch unsere Transporte zu Sehenswürdigkeiten bzw. zum Flughafen organisiert. Wenn wir nachts mal länger unterwegs waren, konnten wir ohne weiteres klingeln und wurden dann auch mitten in der Nacht mit einem freundlichen Lächeln empfangen. Die großen Betten waren bequem, die Dusche hatte warmes Wasser und wir hatten somit alles was wir brauchten. Die zentrale Lage war auch hervorragend. Wir können Heidys Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Marta and Heidy were welcoming and friendly and Marta helped us by arranging taxis and tours of the city. The breakfasts were delicious, the bed was very comfortable and we had a rooftop terrace where we could enjoy a cup of coffee and relax.

Chambre très bien située, avec climatisation et literie confortable. Le petit déjeuner est plutôt copieux, frigo à disposition & propreté des lieux impeccable. Spéciale mention aux hôtes qui se montrent plus qu'aimables et serviables quant aux informations sur la ville ou l'accès à la chambre même en soirée. Je recommande sincèrement !

Heidy is a wonderful hostess who made us feel right at home in Santiago! She arranged a perfect pick-up from the bus station and helped us see Santiago and all the sights :) Her casa is lovely and cozy, a very warm place where you will feel at home. The restaurant is also wonderful, with very tasty food (we had dinner here every night) and friendly service. Thanks Heidy for everything you did for us, you made our holiday very special!

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was really great! Martha and her daughter Heidy are both very friendly and extremely helpful. Also her brother Javier and his wife were great! De rooms are clean and comfortable and you have enough privacy. If you need a Casa to stay in Santiago de Cuba this one should definitely be it!

Dear Martha & Heidy, You made our stay in Santiago one to remember! We only stayed 1 night but we felt like we knew you for so much longer. We loved to stay in your beautyfull old spanish colonial house, where we felt instantly at home. This casa is beautyfull, comfortable, has a terrace, very good breakfast and a very lovely bathroom! But what made our stay onforgettable was the sweet and lovely personalities of both, Martha and Heidy. Also be sure to have dinner in the restaurant of Heidy "Primos Twice", you will not regret it! Also thank you so much for your help Heidy during our 16 hour trip to Havana! :) We both wish you the best and all the luck in the world! Muchas gracias por todo! xxxx Lisa & Lara - Holland

Je pourrais mettre plus que 5 cœurs ! Cette casa a vraiment été mon coup de cœur durant nos deux semaines à Cuba ! Heidy, sa maman et sa famille ont été vraiment très accueillants et bienveillants. Ils ont tout fait pour que nous nous sentions bien et nous avons vraiment apprécié les moments passés auprès d'eux. La maison est vraiment superbe, et vous aurez un appartement qui vous sera entièrement dédié avec une belle terrasse, un salon, une salle de bains et une très grande chambre. Si vous devez aller à Santiago, n'hésitez pas une seconde à réserver ! En tout cas nous nous ferions un grand plaisir d'y retourner et de partager encore d'autres moments avec eux.

Heidy's casa is centrally located in the city of Santiago de Cuba. Only two blocks away from the main shopping street and the cathedral. Heidy and her mother Marta (and all other family members) are so friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night in this beautiful apartment (yes a real apartment with a living room, bathroom and bedroom) with the red wall ;) We would have loved it to stay more nights in this beautiful colonial house. What a great experience! The beds are the most comfortable we have slept on in Cuba during our trip, shower is lovely and the roof terrace is perfect! Dear Heidy and Marta, gracias por todos and for being our caring doctors! :)
