We had a wonderful time staying with Joaquin! He is a very accommodating host! The room/bathroom was great, location is perfectly situated right next to the city center and also malecon. Joaquin is very discreet, helped us out with little things we needed from a plug adaptor, to leaving our suitcases in the room for two days that we went to Varadero. Great balcony, even better rooftop with some beautiful city views, especially during sunset. simply a fabtastic stay at his house!

La casa di Joaquin e famiglia e' molto accogliente, ben organizzata, pulita, climatizzata e con il bagno privato in stanza. Inoltre, dispone di tv grande, un piccolo frigo, connessione wifi e cassaforte. La casa si trova al 3 piano di un palazzo a pochi passi dal Prado, vicino al Malecon, in posizione davvero centrale. Nello stabile non vi e' l'ascensore ma il figlio di Joaquin e' davvero adorabile nel prendersi cura dei bagagli dei propri ospiti. Noi siamo stati benissimo! Ve lo consigliamo assolutamente!!! Had a great time and they were so helpful and wanting you to experience their city. Wi-Fi was also good. Room was nice, only thing was the bathroom semi smelt.

Although we didn't meet Jaquoin, we were told in advance we would be staying at his sister's place, Yanet. Her and the family were all very nice, Yanet was always at hand and always smiling. The breakfast was good, so much fresh fruit! The casa is in central Havana, really good location as it is a short walk to malecon, central Havana, and old town (10 mins walk). It's on a residential/busyish road, but the room is at the back of the house so no noise from the outside! There is a nice balcony to people watch. Best of both worlds! The room is nice, fan and AC, and a private bathroom. We would really recommend this place for its close proximity to the main attractions, and of the 3 casas we stayed at in Havana, this was definitely our favourite!

We stay with J sister, Sra. Yanet, a lovely person. Good service, good breakfast and clean room with AC. Very good location and a lovely balcony. (No TV and Wifi in the sisters room) Rosberg, Sweden

der aufenthalt war wirklich sehr positiv. eine sehr nette gatsfamilie. super hilfsbereit obwohl wir nur sehr schlechte spanisch kenntnisse haben. würden auf jeden fall wieder kommen :)

The location is perfect to explore the old town Havana. The host is very friendly and helpful, the room clean and the breakfast varied and delicious.
