It is entirely furnished and is composed of a complete kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, pans, kitchen ustensils... The accommodation also contains a clothes rack, an iron, a washing machine, an ironing board. You will also find cleaning items already provided in the apartment: mop and bucket, broom, bagless hoover, dustpan and brush... Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: unlimited wi-fi, electricity, housing insurance, condominium fees, water, household waste tax. All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...) by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

The Sébastopol theatre is just a stone’s throw away on a public square of the same name, and many much-loved café-theatres can be found nearby.
