Modern apartment situated in the Greek neighborhood just five minutes away from the beach and the Sea garden. Located in the heart of the city, this two bedroom apartment is suitable for up to six guests. It consists of two double bed bedrooms, a living room with a kitchenette, sofa-bed, dining table, and a private bathroom. We offer you a parking nearby the building which can be booked separately. The apartment is situated in the "Blue parking zone" of the city. The tax for parking in the neighborhood is 1 BGN per hour and you are allowed to use the zone only for 3 hours a day. This is 80 sq.m. designer two bedroom apartment with spacious living room and kitchenette. Both bedrooms are queen bed sized (160cm x 190cm) and well equipped with satellite TV and air conditioners.There is sofa bed in living room suitable for 2 more guests.
