Its in the centre of the city within walking distances from different universities and only a stroll up to the Alhambra. The flat is divided in two floors. In the first floor there is a living room with a small kitchen, equipped with all the appliances needed. The second floor has one spacious double bedroom with a bathroom. The whole apartment has plenty of storage space, its well decorated with nice calming colours and functional furniture, making it a comfortable and enjoyable place to live in.

The apartment is big and comfortable in an area of Granada with lots of tourists. At times it can be a bit loud at night when party-goers get home, but usually after midnight it quiets down. Although the place doesn't have AC, it is not needed at all, as it's located in an ally which keeps the rooms cool even with 35 degrees outside. All appliances work without issue and the entire apartment is as lovely as it looks on the pictures. Definitely one of the better properties you can get for this price in Granada. Most faculties can be reached by foot within 10-30 minutes. The centre/bar area of the city is 20-25 minutes away.

What I liked most is that the flat had a very good situation in one of the neighbourhoods very close to the city center as well as to the Alhambra so that you had very short ways to walk by feet, for example to supermarkets (about 10 minutes) or to the university (about 20 minutes). Everything is reachable by feet very easily. The flat itself corresponds to the pictures, is well suited and basically has everything one needs for oneself. Very nice is the occurrence that you basically have two floors with kitchen/ living room downstairs and the bedroom/ bathroom upstairs. All in all kitchen, living room and bathroom are good equipped and well-tended.

What I liked most about the flat is even though it s a studio, the bedroom and the bathroom are on the second floor, separated from kitchen and the common area. Also, the flat is not noisy despite the fact that it is located at the very center of Granada. Plus, the amazing landlords. :) I recommend it anyone who is looking for a cozy studio in Granada.

El apartamento es muy bonito y cómodo, cómo aparecen en las fotos. Además esta muy bien ubicado y el arrendador es muy amable.
