A wonderful and cozy place for staying in Lisbon. The room is spacious and clean, the apartment is perfect for 4 people. Wish to have a living room, but even without it the apartment is supernice. Location is quiet with easy transportation everywhere. Landlord Maria is a very polite and nice woman.

I loved my room, it was very comfortable and cozy, and it really felt like home. The bathroom was clean, modern and well-equipped, and as I only shared it with one person and the cleaning lady came once a week, it was always clean and organized. The kitchen was also nice, with new furniture and good appliances. The brand new and easy-handling washing machine was a plus. On the other hand, I would mention the lack of an oven in the kitchen and the fact that there's no living room in the apartment, (the kitchen was basically the only common area we had) as negative aspects. However, it didn't really represent na actual issue.

The house is really good, comfortable and clean. The location is also good, near to bus stops and the metro to get easily in the city center.

I really liked my room and the common parts of the apartment. Everything is really clean and brandnew (You even have a very nice washing machine). The balcony you have there next to your room is also very cool.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. The funiture was very new and the apartment has all the basic equipments that are needed. The apartment also locates at a very convenient zone. It is closed to metro station, bus stop, and train station. The neighberhoor is quite safe and friendly because most of them are local people. There are many stores nearby too. It made me felt like home even I was the first time to come to Lisbon.I recommand this apartment to students who study in University of Lisbon because the transportation is very convenient. People who have cars are also suitable to rent this apartment because there are many spaces for parking nearby.
