Fantastic stay ! Very responsive and welcoming family ! With free shuttle to town and scooters to hire the semi rural location was not a problem for us. 100% satisfaction and thoroughly recommend.

Just the best you can imagine! We stayed 4 nights during our stay of 3 weeks in Bali and nearby islands. After all that time and many hostels/hotels/homestays i can say with confidence, that the homestay of Gus' and family was the best. So friendly, helpful, honest and open that we feeled not only welcome but at home. Perfect clean and well maintained rooms/ facilities. Nice arranged pool area. Breakfast and meal to order were some of the best we had during our vacations. We loved the bamboo cups and straws, as well as banana leaves in baskets as plates. Pioneers in saving plastics and it looked really good! Altough close to busy Ubud center, the homestay is really quiet and a place to relax. You can rent scooter from the family and explore the surrounding. All in all, an experience to remember and definately to come back. All the best to Gus, Gusti, Adi and all family members who made this stay so remarkable. Thank you so much. Nico & Wiebke

Super Homestay, logement très confortable avec toutes les commodités nécessaires. Très bon accueil, personnel toujours souriant et agréable. Possibilité de louer une motobike directement au logement. Gus et l'ensemble du personnel sont toujours prêt à répondre à nos questions et à nous conseiller sur la découverte de cette région magnifique. Merci encore pour cette accueil. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit.

It really was a home for 5days. Loved everything about Ubad retreat. Although all correspondence was with Gus the show on the ground was run by Adi. We couldnt have asked for more :)
