My room was cosy but had everything I needed. It was very clean when I moved in and it was a big advantage that bedding and towels were included. The apartment is quiet and my housemates were really nice. It is very close to multiple bus stops and Alameda metro station, as well as a few supermarkets and other shops. The shared areas of the apartment were great, with lots of space. I really liked that Tiago had thought to include little things like pegs (for the washing) and a toothbrush holder in the bathroom, as well as all of the cooking equipment, as many accommodations do not. I would highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay here again if I return to Lisbon.

The place is always kept pristine clean by the cleaning lady and her husband, who come twice a week - once to clean the common areas (kitchen etc), once to clean your room. They don't speak English, but are friendly and extremely helpful with replacing broken stuff like lamps, etc. The whole building feels clean and nice. The location couldn't be more perfect as it's literally 2 mins walk away from Alameda metro station (green/red line) and everywhere is easily reachable by either metro or bus. It's also near a lot of shops/restaurants by foot. You share with 9 people but in my case my flatmates always tend to keep to themselves and have different schedules, so it doesn't feel crowded at all and suits me just fine - but if you like to socialise and/or a party animal, there isn't a living room to actually invite people over so this might be a drawback. It's a bit pricey considering but then you have your own bathroom which is really nice. All in all, highly recommended.

Nice room! Very clean with own bathroom and toilet. Also good arrangements in the building, like day roll for putting the garbage outside. The common and private parts were cleaned, very good and trustworthy! Nice people.

Really great place, well positionned at 5 min of the subway, alameda with the 2 more important lines of Lsibonn. Very friendly people, every commodities around ( take a detour at the Pasteleria Anabela just downstairs, great for breakfast.) . Overhaul, a good month, but maybe a corridor little bit too dark . I really recomand this place.

Highly recommended. Location is really close to metro station Alameda and nice park around. Room was big and clean. Mini mercado nearby, making grocery shopping easy. Amenities in the kitchen was also very complete.

The house (and this room) is highly recommended. The room has everything you need (even a private bathroom) in terms of personal use and studying. The rooms are modern and clean. There is a cleaning lady the cleans the house once a week and cleans your room once a wee (ofcourse you should clean up a bit yourself, but she will do the floor/windows etc.). The kitchen is very modern as well and has all the tools and space you might need to coock and eat. The Wifi in the house might be 'off' sometimes for a few hours, but this is always fixed within the day. The only disadvantage of the rooms on my side of the building is that (bacause the house is on the route to a hospital) a fair amount of ambulances (sirens) drive in front of the house, which might cause some noise. At the end of the day, this room is pretty expensive, but it really gives you the comfort you want and a good prive/quality balance. Personlly my reasoning was; If I am aborad I just want to make sure I have no problems regarding my room. This is absolutely the case in this house. And if there might be any, you can always contact Tiago and he will try to fix it. So, if you can afford it, and you just do not want to worry regarding your room, this is a good choice!

Like: The rooms and the apartment are quite spacious and everything is brand new. The location is very close to the metro station. Rooms are nicely decorated and everything is kept tidy by the cleaners. I especially like the balcony in my room and there is much day light coming in. It is also really convenient to have your own bathroom. Like less: At least my room can be a little bit noisy since it is directly next to the hallway of the building. It would be nice if there was a common living room/area.

O apto. fica em uma excelente localização, perto do transporte público e de várias opções de lazer e alimentação. A cozinha é bem equipada, e o quarto recebe bastante luz natural, sendo mais quente no verão e aconchegante no inverno.

This apartment is placed in a graet location - close to the metro station, shops and there are a lot of places where you can walk. In the room is everything you need and wardrobe with big mirror is a big plus. There is a lot of natural light. Apartment is kept clean as is cleaned 2 times a week.

The room, building, and neighbourhood we stayed at were all very nice and the location is also perfect - close to public areas and the metro as well. The landlord was extremely helpful and replied fast whenever we needed any assistance. The common areas and our rooms were kept clean.

O Tiago foi sempre muito atencioso com a gente, nos ajudou com qualquer problemas que tivemos! Sempre muito disposto. A Natasha e o Ivã também são super queridos e sempre deixam a casa bem limpa! A localização do apartamento é maravilhosa! 3 minutos do metro da Alameda.

Franky it's a nice apartment. Furnished with modern furniture. Bright and sunny room. But there's still a few problem. First about the room, there is huge ant problem and it's really frustrating, they come from the window, which the outside is facing the interior part(garage and rubbish bin) of the building. And ants go through your clothes hanging outside for the sun, come inside to the desk, as well as spider jump up to your body. And the drainage system is that good aw. About the kitchen, same insect problem which kinds of insect fly through the window, besides the equipment are not enough for such big apartment especially for a dozen of ppl (9rooms), and there might be conflict about cooking since there are too many ppl.
