großes Ufergegendfamilienhaus im zentralen Standort unser Haus ist in Taren-Punkt, auf der Südseite Sydneys, NSW 2000, das ein Teil Sutherland-Grafschaftsbereich ist. Einkaufszentrum Miranda Westfeild, eins des Besten in Australien ist nur weg3km. ein 10-Minute-Antrieb würde Sie von diesem ruhigen Buchtbereich zu populärem surfendem Strand Cronulla nehmen. Ein Küstenweg-/Fahrradweg sitzt gerade zurück von unserem Haus, das fast 20km entlang Botanikbucht ist, führt in Richtung zu ohne La Souci, des Puppen-Punktes, Ramsgate und Brightons Sand. Es gibt eine große Küche und sehr einen geräumigen offenen lebenden/dinning Bereich mit waterview. Ein Swimmingpool in unserem Hinterhof ist, damit Gäste genießen. Der Zimmerpreis umfaßt die folgenden Dienstleistungen: WiFi, Waschmaschinenverwendung. Wonderful hosts. Tracy and Kevin were very friendly and made you feel very welcome. A beautiful position right on the inlet of Botany Bay. If the opportunity arises I would stay there again.

I recently stayed with the family. Lovely people, great home. I felt safe and at home. The only downside was the bed for me as it was a bit hard ... but other than that I highly recommend it if you like privacy, nature and friendly people. Loved the girls too :) Highly recommend the place to anyone that wants to stay in a homely environment rather than a hotel.

The hosts were very nice and accommodating people. The house was clean and very presentable. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency back in Brisbane and had to leave the next morning and go back home so our stay was cut very short.

Hongying Family Wow where can I start no words can describe how wonderful and amazing this family was to us but I'm going to write a whole page coz I believe they need to be recognised and be praised for there amazing hospitality. Hongying Family as if we were meant to be there at the right time for our short visit. They were nothing but very warm welcoming and genuinely friendly, to top it off we felt right at home and blended in a good Chinese Christian family same faith as ours. Pictures of property speak for itself and there is no hidden agenda. Location of property in Taren Point near bridge if going to Sans Souci or Miranda, home overlooking the waterfront has its own inground pool, quite a hike to the nearest bus stop 477 so advisable to have your own car or rental which will make travelling to and from home an easy process. Highly recommended if your wanting to stay in a home not hotel and if you want to feel safe. Much Cheaper than hotel rates except you would pay extra for 3xmeals per day if you don't want to cook or buy your own grocery like we did and store in second fridge which is for guests and we did our own cooking which was awesome. Tracy and daughter Jj dealt with us with most of our stay and husband Kevin from time to time as he had to work. No words can describe what a beautiful genuine and humble family you all are. Tracy was my point of contact for confirmation on booking to updating her when we we're arriving and made us feel welcomed with our first meeting to always making sure we were ok. Tracy let us come and go as we pleased and gave her trust to live in her home. No other person would be able to trust you if they don't know you but she did. We wanted to show Tracy and her family the same kind of trust and kindness she showed us by following house rules. We introduced ourselves and showed our ID and booking confirmation and payment for peace of mine and Tracy took us straight into our room to put our luggage down, gave us a tour around the house, gave us the spare keys to house and how to lock up in case we went out and she apologised about having dog over Nyah which was cute coz she wanted to make sure we were not afraid of dogs which was absolutely good for us we love dogs more me lol. We had an awesome sunny garden spacious room and our own bathroom which was cool. Tracy made sure we were well informed and gave us tips on where to go eat and which bus to catch as I didn't dive my car there as thought public transport was in walking distance so advisable to bring your car or rentals. Suzy and I would like to sincerely and humbly thank you from the bottom of our hearts Tracy for your kind and genuine hospitality. Tracy you never once let us go without feeling uncomfortable. Though it was very short we had an amazing time and made lots of good memories with use and your family. Your home always felt warm and welcoming and it made us feel like home, definitely comfortable and we enjoyed everyday of been there as if we were part of your family. What made it more amazing the fact you let us come and go as we please to even let us use the kitchen and utensils cook our own food which was great So thank you. I could go on and on but I think words cannot express our deepest feelings towards you Tracy like you were our own mum except Chinese lol. Thank u for listening and sharing stories. Lastly but not least thank you for offering to take us to the wedding venue even though we didn't want you to, you hesitated to take us and also offering to pick us up if we didn't have a ride home Which we did from our cousin again thank you. Most of all for been the kindest person you are inviting us to attend your church with you and Jj. I and Suzy were lost for words because we never thought you would ask A BIG THANK YOU may our good lord shower you and your family with many good blessings and keep use all safe. We appreciate every bit of your hospitality and also we just never miss Sunday morning mass. All in all ratings and reviews cannot justify a families hospitality they are one in a million we were well protected and safe in there care. Amazing well worth the stay and highly recommended Serene waterfront view as shown in photos very comfortable big home with lots of open spacious rooms in the bedroom, lounge, kitchen, table tennis(ping pong) in ground pool, beach park which you can walk abouts or ask to join Tracy for her Thai Chi classes in the Morning which we missed out on. Thank you for a wonderful and amazing experiences with your lovely family we will always cherish and have very fond memories of your family with us. I had a nice time with this family. They live in a beautiful area close to the beach. Very quiet and peaceful. All members of the family were always friendly and helpful. The food (chinese) was delicious that's why I've booked it for every day!;) Only the bus connection was a bit poor but I got the offer for a lift several times.

The location was a very pretty setting. It suited our needs perfectly, as did the price. Easy to get to from Sydney domestic airport via local buses. Hosts were delightful, easy-going, and very trusting of these strangers who landed upon them at quite short notice. Facilities were of good standard. We would recommend their venue to any travellers considering a short stay in Sydney.

Tracy and Kevin where the best host we ever had. They are so friendly and helpful. The house is really big and beautiful with a great fiew to the water. We felt so comfortable and like friends known for a long time. It was the best time we ever had. We can recommend this wonderful family to stay. Tracy and Kevin were the best hosts you could imagine. The house is very nice and large, as was my room. I had everything I needed and could even use their pool. They always asked whether everything was okay or if they could help me with anything. We had plenty of times breakfast together and they often offered to drive me to the next bus stop or even half an hour into city if I was late, which I would never have expected. There is just one negative point which is that the bus connection in the evenings and nights to their street is very bad so that I had to walk half an hour from the train station to the house, but this is a small problem compared to all the postive points I felt like a member of their family during my stay in their home and I had a great time with them. I can advise everybody to stay at their home it was a very great experience.
