Wir leben in einer sehr sauberen, freundlichen und sicheren Nachbarschaft in Nord-Vancouver nah an Waldhuhn-Berg und andere Skiort-, Gehenspuren, radfahrende Wege, Capilano-Brücke, Lynn-Schluchtpark und -brücke, etc. gleichzeitig ungefähr 10 Minuten weg von im Stadtzentrum gelegenem Vancouver durch Auto und ungefähr 30 Minuten durch Bus. Es gibt 2 Bushaltestellen nach im Stadtzentrum gelegenes Vancouver gerade außerhalb des Hauses. Parken ist auf der Straße außerhalb des Hauses und in der Fahrstraße für 1 Auto auch parken. Wenn ein Gast für 7 Tage oder dann bleibt, Wäscherei (einmal wöchentlich) wird frei zur Verfügung gestellt. Wenn der Gastaufenthalt kleiner als ist, wird eine Wäscherei der Woche dann an einem kleinen aufladen zur Verfügung gestellt.

It was a lovely stay at Phil and Mehrshid 's home. They are so kind and friendly. And I'm grateful for joining the Christmas dinner. It was special memory! Although I haven't talked much, still felt warm and memorable. Thank you Phil and Mehrshid so much :)

Phil is an excellent host and his house has the best conditions for a nice stay in North Vancouver, as well as having an excellent location for all people who like hiking and ecotourism like me. And even though I don't speak English very well, Phil went out of his way to make me feel great, and if I return to Vancouver in the future, I won't hesitate to stay at his place again.

My stay with Phil and Mehrshid was very enjoyable and comfortable. They are nice, understanding grounded, and travel/hosting-wise; willing to converse and offer advice on local travel, sightseeing, society and other subjects. They provided a nice upper floor bedroom in a beautiful home with a beautiful mountain view from windows. The location itself is scenic and close to nature with regular bus service linking quickly to transit hubs in North Vancouver (Lonsdale Quay) as well as Vancouver Central (Waterfront Station) and then one can go anywhere. Due to my busy sunrise to sunset travel plan, I had only few occasions to talk with them but those were pleasant and full of helpful information for which I sincerely thank them. I would recommend them to any traveler without hesitation.
