The stay was good but there was one mistake in room. I booked for comfortable room but got the one with window Inside. He made me 25 euro discount but the room did not get much fresh air. So I am bit feels like staying in dark and no air. Also there was cigarettes smell inside the appartment. That cause me a little bit suffocating 2-3 times. The kitchen was not cleaned after the session of cookings. The oiled used pan was there 2 days. I was there 10 days and got only 1 time cleaning. Little bit frequent cleaning would be much appreciated. However Marc appartment is opposite side of metro El Carmel and there is good local market. The location is well situated.

personne très sympathique et cordiale ne nous impose pas d'heure pour revenir ce qui nous laisse profiter de visiter Barcelone le soir et d'aller faire la fêtes les week-end la seul petite remarque je je pourrait faire pour cette réservation serait de faire un petit peut plus de ménage fait serait top, sinon je nais rien a redire pour mon séjour passer la bas

I would like to thank Mark for the warm welcome. The apartment was modern and very comfortable. It's located next to the metro. I felt welcome and can recommend it, would happily stay with him again whenever I come to Barcelona.

My stay at Marc’s home was exceptional, thanks to his outstanding hospitality and attention to detail. From the moment I arrived, he ensured I felt at home. The space was be charming and thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It’s walking distance from the Metro station. Really nice guy, I wasnt there a lot as I was exploring the city but everytime we saw eachother he made sure everything was perfect

Marc was a lovely host who was friendly and made us feel very welcomed in his home. His home is very clean and with modern amenaties. It is in a very good location close to the metro and local shops. It was nice not being in the middle of the tourist area so we could experience how the locals live. It was very quick and easy to get to all the tourist areas from here. I would recommend this home stay.
