Meine Familie besteht aus sechs und lebt unter dem gleichen Dach zusammen. Ein Junge von 10 ist unser Licht und angeheiratete Verwandte sind unsere Aufgabe. Unser Haus ist gerade ein winziger Weg von der Hauptstraße und ist eine leicht in Verbindung stehende Straße zu allen Seiten. Morgen- und Abendwege sind das Beste, wie Sie die Ansichten genießen können, die atemberaubend sind. Beide ich und mein Ehemann geht zur Aufgabe und Sohn zur Schule, das Haus wird von meinen angeheirateten Verwandten geschaut. Unser Haus ist im Teegartenbereich, also kann man die Grüne jederzeit genießen. Wir haben einen obersten einzigartigen Parkplatz. .open des Dachs zum Himmel aber sicher nach innen zugeschlossen. Alle Altersklassen sind zu diesem Haus weg von Haupthauptaufenthalt willkommen.

Even if we just had a short stay at Arunas it was a great stay! She cared about us very good and friendly and food we got served was delicious!!!! Especially the aloo paratha for breakfast! We totally fell in love with it and the calm atmosphere over there! Thanks aruna!

Our experience staying with Host Aruna was excellent. She and her husband ensured that they provided all the possible support for our stay. They helped us in getting taxi’s arranged for pick up from airport, local sightseeing’s and for our onward journey. As we were moving to Lamahatta, they arranged a vehicle for the same. The taxi fares were very reasonable and food was also very good. They were very friendly and in fact this was the first time we were staying in a homestay. Thanks to Aruna and family for the care and good interactions we had.

Staying with Aruna was a great experience. Her home is on a quiet hill top overlooking jungle and tea plantations. You can hear the nearby waterfall flowing as you fall asleep, and the birds chirping as you wake up. It's a great place if you're looking to relax for a day or two. The local town of kurseong does not have as many shops and restaurants as darjeeling, but instead you get quiet, peacefulness and fewer people and houses. It's easy to walk to kurseong (around 20min). The place is right off the main road. Not many people know singell by name (from asking around a bit) but there are enough landmarks to find it easily, and Aruna can certainly help with this (you can also get your driver to call her for directions). Aruna and her family were very kind and helpful. Aruna helped me to arrange a taxi for seeing some local sites and getting back down, and advised me on ways to get back down to siliguri/Bagdogra to fly home. The room was comfortable and a good size. Each room looks over hills and mountains covered in jungle and tea bushes. Very beautiful! The bathroom was clean and the hot water heater worked very well. An unexpected highlight of my stay was the food! The family made all local food (I requested to try as much as possible!) and it was all delicious. The price was very reasonable and my hosts kept feeding me until I had to stay stop!!! The home has no wifi (but that's also a benefit if you really want to switch off for a while). Overall, if you are a budget traveler looking for a place to relax with fewer tourists around (like darjeeling), then this is a great place for you.
